By accessing and using the DebtWise website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. DebtWise is operated by DebtWise Financial Solutions Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

DebtWise provides online financial education, debt management coaching, and consultation services designed to help individuals eliminate debt and improve their financial situation. Our services include:

• Online debt elimination courses and educational materials
• One-on-one financial coaching sessions
• Personalized debt reduction strategies
• Budget planning and financial management tools
• Ongoing support and guidance throughout your debt elimination journey

Our services are educational and consultative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or act as a debt settlement company.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation
• Actively participate in coaching sessions and complete assigned materials
• Implement the strategies and recommendations provided by your coach
• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods and materials
• Not share your login credentials or course materials with unauthorized parties
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You acknowledge that your success in eliminating debt depends largely on your commitment to following the program and implementing the strategies provided.

Payment for our services is due according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with our program for any reason within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment
• You must have attended at least two coaching sessions
• All course materials must be returned or access revoked
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval

All content, materials, courses, tools, and methodologies provided by DebtWise are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Course materials and educational content
• Proprietary debt elimination methodologies
• Software tools and calculators
• Website design and branding elements
• Marketing materials and documentation

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for their personal debt elimination journey.

No Guarantee of Results

While we have helped thousands of clients eliminate their debt, individual results may vary. Your success depends on many factors including your financial situation, commitment to the program, and external economic conditions.

Not Financial or Legal Advice

Limitation of Liability

DebtWise's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All information shared during coaching sessions and in course materials is strictly confidential. We may use anonymous, aggregated data for testimonials and case studies with your explicit consent.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. DebtWise reserves the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior toward our staff.

Upon termination, your access to course materials and coaching services will cease, but you retain the right to any materials you have legitimately downloaded for personal use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
